Our work and prices

This site shows the kind of creative work we make. Pieces marked Studio concept or Studio demo are self-initiated; they are not client commissions or evidence of a client's results. Any prices shown are subject to the offer conditions and your brief. An enquiry, a listed price or a conversation does not reserve a production slot or create a paid project.

For a paid project, the written Order Form names the actual person providing the service and confirms the deliverables, fee, schedule, AI production method and usage rights. We will state whether to accept it by a specific email reply or electronic signature. Work starts after both sides have accepted the same terms and the agreed initial payment has arrived. Our standard video process uses AI-generated scenes; see How we use AI. We do not promise a particular sales result.

Using this website

You may browse the site and share links to it. Please ask before copying, republishing, selling or using our films, images, writing, design or name for your own commercial purposes. Other people's material remains subject to their rights. Links to outside sites are provided for convenience; those sites have their own terms and privacy practices.

We may update this site and these website terms. The date above shows the current version. A later website update does not change project terms already accepted. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited. Questions: hello@corvickstudios.com

What we receive

If you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, company, project details, timing, budget range and anything else you choose to send. If we discuss or carry out a project, we also keep relevant correspondence, approvals, billing contacts and necessary working files. Please do not send confidential assets or personal information about other people through the first enquiry form; we can arrange an appropriate way to share them later.

Our website host and form provider may receive technical information needed to serve the site and route your message, such as IP address, browser information, pages requested and submission time. We use Framer’s built-in cookie-free analytics to understand site traffic, and Web3Forms to securely route your contact enquiries. We do not use advertising pixels or third-party tracking cookies.

What we do with it

We use your information to reply, understand and quote a project, deliver agreed work, communicate with you, maintain necessary records, protect the site and meet legal obligations. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Sending a brief does not give us permission to upload confidential files or personal data into an external generative AI service. If a project needs client material in a production tool, the proposed use and any restrictions will be addressed in the project terms or agreed method record.

Who can access it

Jason, Ken and authorised contributors may access what they need for an enquiry or project. Providers we actually use may handle information for hosting, forms, email, file storage, accounting and form routing (Web3Forms). Information may be stored or accessed outside your country because our work is remote and providers operate internationally. We will apply safeguards required by the privacy law that governs the particular processing. If your organisation limits where its materials may be accessed, tell us before sharing them so that we can agree the project arrangement.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to answer an enquiry, carry out a project, maintain necessary accounting and business records, handle a dispute or meet a legal duty. We then delete or de-identify it when no longer needed, subject to normal backup cycles.

Your choices and security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. To ask about your information, request access or correction, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a concern, email privacy@corvickstudios.com. We will handle the request under applicable law. If a request affects an active project, we will explain the practical effect.

We may update this notice when our tools or practices change. The date above shows the latest version.
